Booking terms

The transport is operated by Kiruna Buss AB, company number 556404-3767. The contract becomes binding when payment has been approved and the customer has received a booking confirmation.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct date, flight time, flight number, hotel, contact details and number of passengers. Payment must be completed within 15 minutes. Child fares apply up to and including age 18; adult fares apply from age 19.

Hand luggage and one bag weighing no more than 25 kg per passenger are included. Ski bags and bags over 25 kg must be booked and paid for as extras.

A booking may be cancelled through Manage booking until the stated departure time. A valid cancellation made before that time receives a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take several banking days.

For a delayed or cancelled flight, the customer can change the date, flight time, flight number and hotel online until the registered departure time.

The confirmation states the hotel and the actual stop or meeting point. The customer must arrive in good time and follow the current instructions.

Kiruna Buss aims to adjust the transfer using available flight information but does not guarantee a specific connection. Kiruna Buss is not liable for indirect costs caused by flight disruption, weather, road conditions or circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to mandatory law.
