We process booking and contact details, flight and journey details, passenger numbers, selected extras, payment status and information supplied about special requirements. Stripe processes payment details; Kiruna Buss does not store full card details.

Data is used to take payment, fulfil the transport contract, manage bookings and refunds, provide journey information, handle customer service and meet legal obligations.

Necessary data may be shared with providers used for hosting, email, administration and payment, including Stripe, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Data is retained for as long as needed for the journey, complaints and legal requirements. Accounting records are retained for the period required by law.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to certain processing. Contact info@kirunabuss.se. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.

The website uses necessary technical functions for booking, security and sign-in. We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data.
